What is the process for getting my Mug?

Expect ~ 3 weeks for your order to arrive

Add portraits to your cart and upload your photos
Add your favorite Yeti Product(s)
3-5 days later we send you proofs of your art on the products you've chosen
If you're not totally happy, submit revisions under our Happiness Guarantee
You confirm art and products
We send your design to our engraving department
6-10 days later, your mug arrives

Happiness Guarantee?

Look, we're in the business of turning smiling kids and pets into cherished daily use products.
Our Happiness Guarantee means we won't go to engraving until you're happy with your design and artwork.
Once our art team ok's your photos, we're committed to getting every "mug" right even if it means removing squints, cowlicks, frowns, or bad hair days

So you do refunds?

Yes and no.
We will refund your purchase if you are unhappy with the art
We do not issue refunds once you've approved proofs and cups have been engraved
In the event that your mug arrives damaged or suffers from other quality issues unrelated to the art we ask you immediately photograph the packaging and product and notify us. We have issued refunds for every damage case so far

I want a mug but i don't see the Yeti product I love

We post the best-sellers but have some extra inventory on hand. We can do almost any current Yeti product

How long does it take to get my mug?

Depending on how fast we get your art confirmed, mugs can arrive within 10 days
Our typical delivery cycle from when you order to when your mug arrives is closer to ~3 weeks

Can I rush order a mug?

Under extraordinary circumstances we've delivered mugs in 6 days. This typically costs $50+

Who handles my loved one's photos?

We're parents too. We take this SERIOUSLY
All our staff is background checked
Your photos are stored on a cloud-based, encrypted storage system with access logs
We will NEVER use your product or artwork on social media or for marketing without permission from you
After 1 month we delete your original photos. We will hold your art for 18 months in the event you want reprints

Can I buy the portrait art?

Can you engrave Stanley Drinkware, Hydroflask, Rtic, or other products?

Can I buy other products with my art?

Yes. We've made stickers, shirts, candles, and in one instance 113 Hockey Pucks for a Bar Mitzvah in Toronto

Why do this?

Originally, because one of our wives is notoriously hard to shop for so the business guy asked the art guy if he could draw his wife's favorite photos of the kids to put on her daily Yeti
Eventually, friends came over and asked for their own kids and dogs and cats and we needed a process
Now, we think we "solved" gift giving for the people in your life that are hard to shop for
